Information you intentionally publish should therefore be treated as public information. Accounts used only to browse or contact published profiles are not automatically published as showcase profiles unless the user chooses to publish one.

Users should not use Qizano messages to transmit highly sensitive information unless necessary.

Qizano allows eligible users to provide ratings following completed deals or interactions. Ratings associated with a published profile may be publicly displayed and may remain associated with the relevant transaction or profile as permitted by our Terms of Service and platform rules.
We may retain records related to ratings, transactions, reports, or disputes when reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of Qizano's reputation system and prevent manipulation, fraud, or abuse.
7. Payments
Qizano may use third-party payment processors to process subscriptions, advertising purchases, and other paid services. Payment processors may collect information such as your payment card details, billing address, and transaction information according to their own privacy policies.
Qizano may receive transaction-related information such as payment status, amount, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and limited billing information. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers when payment information is handled directly by our payment processor.
8. How we share information
We may share information with third parties when reasonably necessary to operate Qizano, including providers that assist with:
- Website and application hosting.

Qizano may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services. These technologies may be used to:
- Keep users signed in.

Some cookies or technologies may be necessary for Qizano to function correctly. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate choices regarding non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Qizano, maintain legitimate business records, protect users, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Account and profile information generally remains stored while an account is active. Messages, ratings, transaction records, and related information may be retained after an account is closed when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, security, recordkeeping, or maintaining the integrity of Qizano's reputation system.
Deleting or hiding a conversation from your account does not necessarily remove copies maintained by other participants or records Qizano is legally or operationally required to retain. When appropriate, information may be deleted, anonymized, or de-identified.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include encrypted network connections, access controls, authentication protections, credential hashing, database security controls, and monitoring.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and should use a strong, unique password. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us promptly at info@qizano.com.

Where Qizano sends optional promotional or marketing communications, you may unsubscribe using the method provided in those communications. 14. Children's privacy
Qizano is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit children under 18 to create accounts or knowingly collect personal information from children through the Services. If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information to Qizano, contact us at info@qizano.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
15. Third-party websites and services
Qizano profiles, advertisements, messages, or other content may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. Qizano does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites or services. Information you provide directly to those third parties is governed by their respective privacy policies. Users should review the privacy practices of third-party services before providing them with personal information.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Where appropriate or required by law, we may provide additional notice through Qizano, by email, or through another reasonable method. Your continued use of Qizano after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective will be subject to the updated policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
