Terms of Service

Qizano is a platform where businesses and individuals publish showcase profiles, customers find them, and both sides negotiate deals inside Qizano's secure chat. When a deal ends, the customer is invited to leave a 1–5 star rating. Qizano is not a party to any deal you make and does not guarantee the quality, legality, or completion of any work arranged through the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• A free account lets you browse profiles, open a secure chat, and rate deals you complete.
• You are responsible for your credentials and for everything that happens under your account.
• One person or business per account; do not create accounts to evade a rating or a suspension.

• Publishing a showcase profile and appearing in search requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you selected until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; your profile is unpublished at the end of the paid period.
• Fees are charged through our payment processor and, except where required by law, are non-refundable for periods already served.
• We may change pricing with advance notice, effective at your next renewal.

• All negotiations must stay inside Qizano's secure chat so both parties keep a record of the deal.
• Either party may end a chat when the deal is complete, which prompts the rating step.
• Conversations are stored under Business deals on both accounts. Archiving or removing a chat from your own view does not delete the other party's copy.
• Payment, delivery, and performance of the underlying work are between you and the other party.

• Every published business profile starts at 5.0 stars and moves to the average of its ratings as they arrive.
• Ratings must reflect a genuine completed deal. Buying, trading, threatening, or retaliating with ratings is prohibited.
• A published account may reset its rating to 5.0 up to three times, and only after completing a Qizano-approved community service initiative. Any request beyond three resets enters an internal Qizano review and that decision is final.
• We may correct ratings affected by manipulation.

You keep ownership of the images, videos, documents, and text you upload. You grant Qizano a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, resize, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including rights to any people, logos, or music it contains.

• No illegal, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
• No impersonation, false credentials, or misleading claims about your services.
• No spam, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass access controls or rate limits.
• No moving deals off-platform to avoid ratings, fees, or accountability.

Advertising slots are sold by placement and duration, and every advertisement is reviewed by Qizano before it goes live. You may preview your creative before submitting. We may reject or remove any advertisement that misleads users or breaches these terms; where we reject an ad before it runs, we refund the unused portion of the slot fee.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates risk for other users, or exposes Qizano to legal liability. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

Qizano is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any profile, rating, or listing is accurate. You are responsible for vetting the people you do business with.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qizano is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid Qizano in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms as the platform develops. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Qizano after a change means you accept the updated terms.
