Rating starts at 5.0
Every published business profile begins with a 5.0 star rating. As real customers complete deals and leave ratings, the rating adjusts to reflect the average of those ratings. No hidden boosts, no paid placements — just honest feedback from verified deals.
Fresh starts are earned
Every published account can reset its rating back to a clean 5.0 up to three times, provided the account holder completes a Qizano-approved community service initiative. Beyond three resets, any further request enters an internal Qizano review and the decision is final.
Deals happen in secure chat
A customer needs a free Qizano account to open a chat with a business. The entire conversation — from first contact to final agreement — stays inside the platform. When the deal is done, either party can end the chat and the customer is invited to rate the experience.
Free to browse, free to connect
Anyone can explore published profiles without paying. To send a message or start a deal, you need a free customer account. Publishing a business profile and appearing in search requires an active subscription.
Ads are reviewed before they go live
Every advertisement is submitted for admin approval before it runs. You pay for the slot and duration you choose, and you can preview your creative before it goes live. Qizano reserves the right to reject content that misleads users or violates platform standards.
The verified badge confirms identity, not quality
Verification is issued only by qizano administrators after a business provides identity or business documents. It confirms the account is who it says it is — it is never a review, a recommendation, or a guarantee of the work. The badge can be removed at any time if that information turns out to be false, and stars are still earned the same way for everyone: from customers who completed a connect.
